Yoga Wheel 1
This specialised class combines the use of a yoga wheel with traditional asanas. Designed to open up areas that are typically tight due to modern-day living – the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine. Practising with the yoga wheel creates a unique overall opening experience. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with a consistent yoga practise looking for new ways to expand their experience. No full inversions are included. Some preparations for inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students. This class is not suitable for beginners or students with spine injuries.
