Dennis began practising yoga and Pilates in 2014 to combat stress. He made the move into teaching at the height of COVID to help others find inner peace, clarity and resilience. He aims to create a safe and inclusive space for you to move and grow, while focusing on finding balance, strengthening your weaknesses, and reinforcing resilience. Dennis’ classes are challenging, fun and dynamic; you’ll practise compound movements of the upper and lower body with isolation exercises to build strength, improve overall muscle mass and increase functional fitness.
