Diane’s yoga journey began in 1995 as a respite from her busy architectural work. Initially, yoga enhanced her strength and flexibility. Deeper practice, through precise alignment and breath, resulted in more freedom and calmness in her body and mind to better enjoy life. Diane’s diverse classes range from calming Yin, grounding Hatha to energetic Vinyasa, emphasising precise alignment, self-awareness, and adaptability to individual needs, aiming to enhance her students’ well-being on and off the mat.
