Elisa has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since her first class at PURE in 2002. As a student, Elisa learned to stay centred and be present, which allows her to embrace life more fully with love, compassion and gratitude. As a teacher, her strong yet gentle approach inspires her students to have faith and trust in themselves to find liberation beyond the physical practice.
