Gilberto, born in Brazil, started playing football at 10 and won his first championship in Denmark at 16. He fell in love with Les Mills POWER JUMP and BODYATTACK, leading him to become a trainer and presenter at Les Mills since 2018. Gilberto is passionate about helping people become happy, confident, and strong through fitness, having experienced the benefits and joys himself.
