Gisela, initially frustrated by yoga due to her natural inflexibility, persisted in her practice and later found that it alleviated her chronic back pain, anxiety, and insomnia. Trained by Dickson Lau, founder of the Hong Kong Yoga Association, she became a certified yoga instructor in 2012, specialising also in Hanuman, aerial, rope, and wheel yoga. Gisela's classes focus on stretching, breathing, core strengthening, balancing, and meditation, aiming to provide a total body workout whilst balancing the mind and body.
