Hebe started her yoga journey in 2009, finding it a heaven for Hong Kong's bustling urban lifestyle. In 2019, she undertook a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, deepening her understanding of yoga as more than asanas, but an expression of one's consciousness. Hebe's classes, ranging from dynamic Vinyasas to healing meditations, foster growth, self-compassion, and physical and mental strength. She also teaches Acro Yoga as a way of cultivating connection, trust and celebrating playfulness.
