Karen’s yoga journey began at PURE Yoga Lincoln House with the guidance of her teacher, Edward Chow. In 2013, she decided to listen to her calling and made yoga teaching her career. Karen’s classes are well-rounded with the emphasis on alignment and anatomy, as well as cultivating self-awareness and mindfulness so that students can benefit from their practice both physically and mentally.
