Since her first teacher training in 2005, it became a lifelong journey encompassing wellness, women's health, and life balance. She has expanded into Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Birthlight Perinatal Yoga, Infant Massage, and Kid's Yoga. Known for her steady, calm, and approachable teaching style, Samantha encourages students to progress at their own pace, making classes a blend of work and play.
