Tami turned to Pilates in 2010 to address knee pain caused by improper posture and lack of body awareness. Finding significant relief, she pursued instructorship, beginning with Slings Myofascial Training, which incorporates Pilates and yoga, and later gaining her Pilates instructor qualification. Tami values an all-rounded workout focusing on mental well-being and body alignment, and tailors her teaching to individual needs and problems.
