A gymnastics instructor since 2012 and a graduate in Physical Education in 2014, he brings both rigorous training and academic grounding to his practice. Holding Les Mills certifications, Tarcísio's expertise is further enriched by a deep personal passion for Yoga and Dance. Every class he leads radiates energy, warmth, and a genuine respect for each individual participant. For Tarcísio, the greatest reward is simple: happier, healthier people.
