Wendy loved the lightheartedness after taking her first Hot 26 class in 2020. Practising Hot 26 since then has become her routine. The emphasis of discipline and precision in the set sequence has profoundly and continuously transformed her body and mind.
Every practice is a distinctive journey to go inward, feel and listen her body. Wendy is grateful to Missy Szymanski, Noy Petchiwikai and Esak Garcia. They inspire her to be an empathetic, direct and precise yogi. Wendy is humble and passionate to be of service to others. Her mission is to let people feel lighter to leave the hot room than they arrived.
