BALLET FOUNDATIONS
This class is perfect for beginners to intermediate dancers, focusing on:
Arm and Leg Lines: Enhance your posture and grace.
Basic Footwork: Master essential ballet steps.
Pirouettes and Jumps: Learn exciting spins and leaps.
Set to classical or contemporary music, you'll dance barefoot, in socks, or in special ballet footwear. Improve flexibility, strength, and confidence in a fun, supportive atmosphere.
Filming is allowed in this class if done respectfully and without disruption. Ask the instructor for enquiries.
