Starts with 30 mins GRIT™ demanding short sharp bursts of effort to allow you to reach maximum training zones. With the use of plates, step boards and bodyweight exercises, train your way to athletic performance in the fastest possible manner. A reasonable fitness level is recommended due to the high-intensity nature of this program. We recommend attending three to five BODYPUMP™ classes before attending GRIT™ in order to familiarize yourself with the basic moves.
Finalizing with a fifteen-minute CORE workout targeting every part of the core including rectus abdominus, transversus abdominus, internal and external obliques, multifidus, spinal erectus. The perfect combination of GRIT and CORE.
