PILATES PRO
Exclusively available at Studio 2 and LKF for a more personalized experience, Pilates PRO uses props such as ankle bracelets and wrist weights to enhance the workout. The instructor breaks down the main exercises, and students finish the class with a sequence of 12 exercises, flowing through them to prevent injuries, rehabilitate joints, and keep the body strong and supple. This approach improves coordination and core control, just like the original Pilates method created by its founder.
