Jonathan, aka "Kiko," was a certified gymnast in the Philippines who pursued his passion for teaching and motivating people to be fit and fabulous. He became Les Mills certified in several programs and was appointed Cycling Program Head in 2005. Kiko's contagious enthusiasm inspires people to achieve their fitness goals with the motto "SORE today. STRONG tomorrow."
