Mike grew up in New Zealand with a background in swimming. Having discovered BODYBALANCE in 2012, he became a certified instructor, garnering a further diverse range of other programmes, and has taught and headed group fitness in Singapore and Hong Kong since 2015. Mike is passionate about moving with strong movement patterns, and prides his classes on making music the source of atmosphere and inspiration.
