Training is as much about mental strength as it is about physical strength

Tony discovered his passion for fitness during his his youth when he was trying to transform his skinny body. He specialises in prehab and functional training, helping his clients to restore joint mobility, range of motion and pain free training. He is good at build up the glutes and lower body muscles hypertrophy. Tony also in the pursuit of powerlifting so he also helps his clients to build strength and technique in squat, bench press and deadlift. Tony's persistent nature encourages clients to keep going, even when the going gets tough, reinforcing the importance of consistency in achieving fitness goals.
