Mani Sidharthan
Mani, an Indian yoga practitioner, started integrating yoga into his daily life from a young age. Inspired by mentor Gopala Krishan, he obtained his first diploma from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram. With teaching experience since 2004, Mani has taught at prestigious fitness and yoga institutions in India, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. He has received accolades, including the "Champion of Champions" title. Mani's classes prioritise mindfulness, joy, and injury prevention, empowering students to embrace life and shape their experiences through perception.
