This meaningful session led by Jennifa is designed to expand the knowledge and perception of meditation while fostering communal bonding. Through collective practice, participants will explore how meditation enhances mindfulness, emotional balance, and interconnectedness.

 

Active consciousness meditation is an ancient and very powerful breathing technique particularly effective in activating the chakras and awakening the kundalini.

This meditation involves rhythmic breathing only through the nose and alternating with a progress of meditation on seven major chakras. It is an immensely effective tool to enhance our state of consciousness – helping us to break down blockages and receive physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

 

Objectives:

Jennifa's classes balance challenge and relaxation, aiming to leave students feeling blissful, grounded, and inspired to connect with their heart and soul. She incorporates yoga philosophy into her teaching, emphasising its relevance both on and off the mat.
