Looking to strengthen your core, improve balance, and refine your movement techniques? Here’s a detailed breakdown of our two-day practice plan, designed to progressively build stability, strength, and flexibility:

Day 1: Core and Upper Body Focus

  • Breathwork for Core Stability: Begin with breath-focused exercises to activate and stabilize your core. Proper breathing enhances coordination and sets the foundation for controlled movement.
  • Upper Body Strength & Range of Motion: Build shoulder and torso stability before progressing to strengthen the upper body and expand your range of motion. These exercises will prepare your muscles for balanced and safe movement patterns.
  • Basic Handstand Positions & Variations: Practice foundational handstand positions and explore variations to develop your spatial awareness and balance.
  • Fun Handstand Techniques: Improve your balance skills with playful, dynamic handstand drills like weight-shifting, center of gravity transfer, and creative balancing techniques.

Day 2: Lower Body and Pelvic Stability

  • Breathwork for Pelvic Stability: Deepen your connection to your pelvis with breath-led movements that enhance stability and strength in this key area.
  • From Feet to Hips Power Transfer: Learn how to transfer power effectively from your feet through your ankles, knees, and into your hips. This ensures proper activation of lower body muscles for efficient movement.
  • Safe and Effective Hip Stretching: Practice targeted stretches that safely increase your hip range of motion while protecting the surrounding joints.
  • Lower Body Activation: Strengthen the lower body with exercises focused on optimal muscle engagement and safe alignment to support dynamic and functional movement.

This two-day approach is perfect for those who want to refine both strength and mobility while enhancing balance and coordination. Ready to unlock new possibilities? Breathe, stabilize, and flow!
