Discover ballet‑inspired movement in Pointe Fit, a 1.5‑hour workshop created with Hong Kong Ballet. Led by two professional dancers, you’ll explore ballet’s core principles—alignment, posture, strength and precision—through a functional warm‑up, ballet barre and centre work set to classical music.

 

Accessible to all levels, this session introduces fundamental ballet techniques that help build long, lean muscles, improve stability and enhance body awareness. You’ll learn how dancers balance strength and flexibility while protecting their bodies through proper alignment.

 

Join us for an uplifting full‑body workout that builds poise, control and mindful strength. Leave feeling centred, empowered and reconnected with your body.

 

 

Jessica Burrows
Born in Stouffville, Canada, Jessica Burrows graduated from Canada’s National Ballet School and danced with The National Ballet of Canada before joining Hong Kong Ballet (HKB) in 2010. She was promoted to Coryphée in 2015, joined Boston Ballet in 2017 and returned to HKB in 2019. She was named Soloist in 2021.
Leung Chunlong
Born in Hong Kong, China, Leung Chunlong graduated from Beijing Dance Academy in 2009 and from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2011 with a concentration in Ballet. He joined Hong Kong Ballet as a Corps de Ballet member the same year and was named Coryphée in 2014. He was appointed Hong Kong Artist-in-Residence in 2025.
