9:00 am – 7:00 pm

MOKO – Mong Kok

 

9:00 am – 10:00 am: Breathing practice – Connecting with your inner self and engaging in observation are the most important aspects of any practice. Through this experience, we come to understand ourselves better.

10:00 am – 11:00 am: Breakfast

11:00 am – 1:00 pm: Postural organization work – Postural organization plays a crucial role in learning to function efficiently. It needs to be free of blockages and have improved connections to facilitate proper organization.

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Lunch

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Coordination & mobility in an organic way – Our bodies can become more isolated through specific exercises. Learning to coordinate the body and mind allows us to explore various possibilities and mobilize the body in a more organic way.

5:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Refreshment break

5:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Lecture and Q&A

Vicky Mishra
Vicky's yoga journey began aged 12, with his interest deepening through participation in yoga championships. He has taught yoga in India and Vietnam, always with a focus on improving people's health. Guided by his teachers, Mrs. Baishali and Mr. Prabir Karmarkar, Vicky sees health and happiness as paramount. His goal is for students to leave each class feeling empowered, refreshed, and renewed. His challenging classes focus on alignment and breathwork, aiming to promote a union of body, mind, and spirit.
