Rasa Vinyasa – Circular Prana Flow + Yoga Alchemy with Shiva Rea (Guest Musician: Daphne Tse)

WS3291| 30 October – 1 November 2026 | Pacific Place, Admiralty

Rasa Vinyasa – Circular Prana Flow + Yoga Alchemy with Shiva Rea (Guest Musician: Daphne Tse)

DESCRIPTION

Experience the power of vinyasa as movement meditation for life-regeneration. Rasa vinyasa is the integration of yoga alchemy to bring balance and “juice” to your practice, teaching and life.

Within Ayurveda and Tantra yoga, rasa is our “inner essence, juice, taste ” associated with transforming challenges into art and cultivating longevity, joy and devotion. Without rasa, it is said, our experience of yoga and life becomes “dry, rigid, routine”.

Rasa is also “alchemy” from our physical to inner health — the power to transform stress or challenges into the fire of love (sringara rasa) and to kindle vital energy (vira rasa), embodied joy (hasya rasa) and the essential wisdom of being at peace (shanti rasa) amidst it all.

Join us for a session, a day or the full weekend workshop that offers a total spectrum of solar-lunar circular prana vinyasa as movement meditation.

Schedule

30 October – 1 November | Fri-Sun

(A total of 14.0 hours)

Friday, 30 October (1.5 hours)

  • Session 1 | 6:30pm – 8:00pm | Candlelight Soma Prana Flow – Tantric Yin & Sound Healing with Daphne

Caress stress and unwind as we explore a meditative Soma Prana Flow for deep relaxation and natural flexibility as a flowing approach to transforming stress and tensions.

Soma is connected to the inner water, ojas (essence, vitality and amrita) as the sublime nectar of healing.

Reset your system. Listen within. Like a massage for your inner system – soma prana flow brings the power of slow flow movement meditation, classical and lunar prana flow namaskars, meditation and yoga nidra to receive to alchemical music with tantric wisdom teachings.

Beginning and ending with guided relaxation, we will enjoy a flowing approach to cultivation of soma for regeneration and natural meditative states.

Saturday, 31 October

  • Session 2 | 9:30am – 12:00pm | Inner Fire – Vira Prana Vinyasa (2.5 hours)

Learn to activate the spirit of tapas, heat, burning zeal, enthusiasm, unwavering discipline or radiance as a way to embrace challenges on the mat and in life with intelligence, joy and devotion.

In a world of tension and stress, Vira Prana Flow is an alchemical antidote for cultivating sacred strength, warm-heartedness, positive challenge, and to kindle the inner fire by embodying vira (courage, potency, and inner and outer strength).

Our sadhana begins with prana flow sacred training that integrates traditional inner and outer strength and mobility ‘warm-ups’ through the rituals of dandavats (flowing prostrations) with breath mantra — kriyas for waking up the prana flowing in every cell.

After reflection and dedications, we flow into Vira Prana Vinyasa including Prana Flow Vira Namaskars and vira prana flow sequences centred on arm balances, standing poses and core power, and open to the diamond body of vira — shining and vibrant.

  • Session 3 | 1:30pm – 4:00pm | Rasa Vinyasa — Embodying the Power of Love Sat Session (2.5 hours)

Regenerate the body of love through transformative rasa prana vinyasa backbending wave sequences and life practices supported by the science and neurobiology of love. Sringara Rasa is the rhythm and way of moving as love—approaching life through a melodic, meandering, smooth and passionate flow.

These fluid movements trigger a profound response in heart rhythm and brain wave flow, stimulating the release of amrita — the positive hormones of love that include oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphins.

Enjoy prana flow namaskars wave sequences for balancing and awakening our heart, as well as embodying sacred sound through invocations, mantra japa and sonic alchemy.

  • Session 4 | 4:15pm – 5:30pm | Rhythm & Prana Flow + Kirtan Session with Shiva & Daphne  (1.25 hours)

Sunday, 1 November

  • Session 5 | 9:30am – 12:00pm | Inner Fire — Vira Prana Vinyasa (2.5 hours)

Learn to activate the spirit of tapas, heat, burning zeal, enthusiasm, unwavering discipline or radiance as a way to embrace challenges on the mat and in life with intelligence, joy and devotion.

In a world of tension and stress, Vira Prana Flow is an alchemical antidote for cultivating sacred strength, warm-heartedness, positive challenge, and to kindle the inner fire by embodying vira (courage, potency, and inner and outer strength).

  • Session 6 | 1:30pm – 4:00pm | Rasa & the Sacred Flow (2.5 hours)

This session ends in “Happy Hour (Hasya Rasa) of Movement Meditation and Kirtan”. A creative sadhana that cultivates fluid flow, Sringara Rasa Namaskars, transformational backbending wave sequencing and deep meditation/relaxation for the flow of love. Learn to cultivate Sringara Rasa as the union of the beloved and lover at the heart of the yogic universe. Moving as love through a melodic, meandering rhythm stimulates the neurobiology of love—releasing oxytocin, serotonin, dopamine and endorphins to nourish and tonify your whole-body system.

  • Session 7 | 4:15pm – 5:30pm | SoulSongs Kirtan + Voice & Healing Sound with Daphne (1.25 hours)

Your voice is more than sound—it connects to your nervous system, emotions and the body’s natural ability to heal. In this one session to complete the workshop, Daphne will use SoulSongs, sound meditation, mantra, kirtan and voice work to help you release what words can’t express.

Through guided toning, breathwork and gentle vocal exploration, we use sound to regulate the nervous system, release emotion and reconnect with the body.

We’ll explore voice as a somatic practice, vocal toning for clarity and release, mantra and kirtan for grounding, and breath-voice connection for stress relief—all in a safe, supportive space for authentic self-expression.

No music or singing experience needed—just a willingness to breathe and be present.
