After injuring her knees from aerobics and spinning, Angie started practising Pilates. Using core muscles to get the most benefit from exercise allowed Angie to recover and protect her from more injuries. She believes that Pilates is a powerful method of training that helps everyone become strong from inside out, to find body awareness, strength and improve their vitality. Her classes focus on using the core elements of Pilates – to become aware of how each movement works the different muscle groups within their own bodies. You will leave her classes feeling energised yet relaxed.
