Anna, a former international model, started her yoga journey in Hong Kong in 2016. Asana practice sparked her curiosity in the history and philosophy of yoga and in anatomy. Her first teacher training with Raj Sharma gave her a great appreciation for classical yoga. Inspired by Jason Crandell, Anna views asana practice as a tool for mind-body connection and integrated health. Her teaching emphasises mindful movement, muscle engagement, and breath-to-movement connection, encouraging students to explore asanas through their personal experiences.
