Bianca began practising yoga in 2005 and became a teacher in 2014 under the guidance of Samrat. She fell in love with the discipline and self-discovery that yoga offers, and her curiosity keeps her learning and sharing. Believing every student needs a different doorway, she teaches Mat, Wheel, Chair, Aerial and Sound Meditation classes. Her classes blend strength, mobility and flexibility to foster confidence, emotional balance and inner healing.
