Cheaulyn pursued STOTT instructor certification after Pilates rehabilitated her chronic knee pain. Eager to share this success with other pain sufferers, she focuses her teaching on helping students connect with their bodies through mindful movement. She will guide you in discovering new movements, core activation, and building strength using bodyweight and resistance. Cheaulyn loves sharing mindful movement and helping students rediscover their bodies. She's also a Music Therapist and Piano Teacher.
