Fran is a passionate yoga instructor who began her journey in 2018 while being a submarine diving instructor. Influenced by Almen Wong, her practice is rooted in Hot Yoga. Fran’s classes are thoughtfully designed with an atmosphere that is both enjoyable and insightful. With a commitment to helping her students to find their unique paths in yoga, Fran creates a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and grow through practice.

2024 – Advanced Singing Bowl Course with Tsering (Tibetan Sound Healing)
2024 – Yin Yoga Continuing Education Training (CET) with Almen Wong (50 hours)
2023 – Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Almen Wong (200 hours)
2023 – Hot 26 Teacher Training with Almen Wong (200 hours)
