Jonathan ventured onto the yoga mat to find relief from muscle tension where he was fascinated by the physical and mental benefits which led him to develop a deep love and appreciation for the practice.
Jonathan owes his growth and knowledge to his enlightened teachers, Karen Ho, and Windie Chan, who he completed his first teacher training with. Jonathan's gratitude also extends to his beloved teacher, Joan Jolliffe, who he is deeply inspired by.
Jonathan always encourages his students to prioritise a solid foundation in building strength and flexibility before attempting more advanced poses. With a focus on alignment and clear instructions, his classes prioritise the safety and well-being of his students above all else.
