Guided by teachers Maurice Mettler, Jason Crandell, and Edward Chow, Joyce's teaching prioritises alignment, anatomy, balance, and the deconstruction of complex poses. Her dynamic, challenging classes aim to help students progress at their own pace, fostering strength, flexibility, peacefulness, and mindfulness.
