Born in Hong Kong, Lisa was first drawn to yoga in 2000 while seeking a sustainable way to stay active and healthy. She completed her foundation teacher training in 2006 and has been teaching full-time ever since. Specialising in dynamic flow and functional movement, her classes blend fun, creativity and challenge with energising music. Her greatest joy is creating a supportive space where students cultivate inner calm, build resilient strength, and step off the mat feeling both empowered and deeply restored.
