Oswald began practising Hatha Yoga in 2012 to alleviate corporate job stress and has since explored Vinyasa, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, settling on Ashtanga as his focus. He has studied with renowned teachers like David Swenson and R.Sharath Jois. Oswald's gentle, grounding teaching style emphasises a solid foundation and understanding of asanas and yoga philosophy, which reflects his belief that yoga as a physical and spiritual practice.
