Shirley started practising yoga in 2002 to balance her stressful life, exploring styles such as Ashtanga, Yin, Bikram, and Anusara. Inspired by her teachers Frances and Patrick, she built a solid yoga foundation and learned to trust her strength. Shirley's classes are dynamic, fun, and therapeutic, focusing on breath connection and acceptance. She encourages students to adopt yoga as a lifestyle, unlocking their inner power, and promoting enjoyment in the practice.
