This is a specialised class focused on toning the body. A stimulating practice that will leave students energised through a sequence of strengthening poses. The class finishes with stretching postures designed to balance the body and muscles. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students looking to strengthen their bodies and have an invigorating experience. No full inversions are included.
