BARRE
This class is a fusion of the Barre technique and traditional Pilates and ballet exercises. Central to the workout are resistance exercises off the bar which are athletically based to shape and tone the body. Pilates props are also incorporated to provide the burn and muscle toning Ballet and Pilates offer.
