Set to upbeat music, it offers high-energy interval peaks to promote a sweat-induced, continual fat-burning experience. The workout features resistance exercises on and off the bar, aimed at shaping and toning the body with athletic precision. Pilates props are also utilized to ensure a well-rounded total body workout, engaging the muscles to the point of fatigue for optimal caloric burn.
