Sprint is a Les Mills indoor cycling programme with pre-choreographed routine set to music. Backed by the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and based on the sport of cycle sprinting, this class provides maximum results with minimal joint impact – all in 30 minutes. It is short and sharp with bursts of intensity followed by short periods of active recovery. It’ll push participants harder than other cycle programmes and see them reaching fitness goals faster. New releases of Sprint (with playlists) are launched once a quarter.
