It is inspired by one of our founders and investors; Russell Simmons’s healthy vegetarian lifestyle and is often called Bali as a Disneyland for yoga and vegan food. He wants to develop a space where a healthy lifestyle is accessible and based on respected Balinese ancient literature; Usadha Bali’s lontar. Usadha is defined as a lontar manuscript that contains the science of medicine and the names of plants for medicine.

  • Daily Yoga Practice: Engage in 2-3 sessions each day tailored to energize and relax you. Start your mornings with invigorating vinyasa flows, explore special afternoon classes and workshops, and wind down in the evenings with gentle stretching or yin yoga.
  • Culinary Adventure: Participate in a local cooking class that lets you explore the rich flavors of Balinese cuisine, culminating in a half-day sightseeing tour filled with cultural insights, ending with an enchanting traditional Balinese dance.

Michael Chan
Michael, a sports enthusiast with a history of back pain, turned to yoga in 2019 for a long-term solution. Despite initial stiffness, he persisted and trained with Victor Chau and David Kim, noticing improvements in his physicality and mental peace. Guided by the belief that "yoga is for everyone," Michael's energetic and fun classes emphasise empathy and detail, aiming to bring joy and empowerment to students of all body types, ages, and flexibility levels.
Natalie Sung
Natalie's style of teaching is fun and lighthearted, yet challenging. She has a unique way of bringing good vibes and energy to classes through her enchanting voice. Natalie’s mission in teaching is to see students leave her classes with delight, peacefulness and a desire to learn more in each session.
