Charlotte Li
Charlotte found yoga in 2015 to heal her sports injuries and it became a grounding constant throughout her Biomedical Sciences (Neuroscience) degree and diverse career explorations. As a sportswoman, her educational classes emphasise injury prevention by improving strength and mobility, and self-discovery through alignment cues. Inspired by her teachers Patrick Creelman, Jason Crandell, and Hiro Landazuri, Charlotte's classes incorporate her scientific knowledge of neuroscience and biomechanics for a sustainable practice and deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
