Designed for those who aspire to live with a greater sense of self confidence this program blends strong, intelligent daily practice with theory-based workshops to lay a solid foundation in yoga teaching. The magic is found in the balance between exploratory discussions on philosophy and applying the insights through daily physical practice. It is life changing.

Our curriculum focuses on the most essential skills necessary to guide a 60-minute yoga practice that aims to find freedom of mind through balancing strength with intelligent alignment. With a time-tested approach, our program has launched graduates into teaching careers at major studios worldwide, serving as a definitive step towards becoming a fully accredited yoga teacher and a profound leap into your own empowerment.

Spread over 24 days, The Foundation program immerses you in a positive philosophy that celebrates life’s innate goodness and anchors it with the wildlōtus key Principles of Alignment, all while honoring each personal journey. To ensure the retention of practical classroom skills and a deep understanding of yoga’s history and literature, we provide weekly summaries and a weekly quiz for reflective progress.

This program has been created and guided by Patrick for almost 2 decades. On top of his own ongoing studies he continues to improve how to help people learn and refine his way of teaching people to teach better with each successive program evolving the next. You will be supported through the challenges of discovering your potential based on years of others having faced the same incredible opportunity. Patrick and his highly trained wildlōtus teachers will help you embody key knowledge and gain practical experience with essential teaching skills, ensuring you leave the program ready to inspire others.

Join us to experience a program that has consistently delivered life-changing, positive results. Transform your passion for yoga into the fulfilling experience of teaching others the steps to take for a life of yoga and unlock your untouched potential.

As a community we share ideas, sequences, practices, and techniques to help each other move forward in our yoga, our careers and our lives.
wildlōtus is informed through the ocean of knowledge from direct teachers of this lineage and indirectly from the ‘one-step-away’ teachers of history.

In order to achieve our aim we take a stance that *Life is coming from me, not coming at me
