The workshop aims to facilitate deep relaxation, release body tension, and enhance overall health of the mind, body, and soul through the use of a yoga stick. Participants will learn how to utilize the yoga stick for self-healing, improving muscle tension, enhancing flexibility, and fostering inner peace and relaxation.

10:00am – 11:30am

Morning Session – Short Stick Practice

  • Introduction to the Yoga Stick: Learn about the functions and proper usage of the yoga stick.
  • Warm-Up Exercises: Engage in a full-body warm-up to prepare for the upcoming practices.
  • Deep Relaxation Practice: Utilize the yoga stick for relaxation and stretching of the shoulders, neck, back, and legs.
Lunch Break (60 minutes)
12:30pm – 2:00pm

Afternoon Session – Long Stick Practice

  • Overview of the fundamental principles and significance of postures.
  • Application of the yoga stick for posture adjustments.
  • Vinyasa flow practice incorporating the yoga stick.
