18, 19 & 25 April 2026
World Trade Centre – Causeway Bay

 

Day 1, 18 April 26, Group A+B
11:30 am – 1:30 pm: Anatomy & Introduction (2.0 hrs)
1:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Lunch Break
2:30 pm – 5 pm: Spinal Lengthening & Core Strengthening (2.5 hrs)

 

Day 2, 19 April 26, Group A+B
11:30 am – 2 pm: Twisting & Backbend (2.5 hrs)

 

Day 3, 25 April 26
Inverted against gravity with Ropes (using Wall Ropes, with split groups for personalized attention) (3.0 hrs)
Group A: 11:30 am – 2:30 pm
Group B: 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Samantha Tang
Samantha began her yoga journey in 2012 at University. A profound experience in Sanskrit chanting led her to dive deeper into enquiring the deeper layers of the practice. She travelled to India, Nepal to study yoga and Tibetan Buddhism. She practises under the traditional Ashtanga method, with guidance from Clayton Horton, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann and Dr. M.A. Narasimhan.
