Get race‑ready with a full day of HYROX‑focused training, designed to prepare your body for the real demands of competition. This special event is a powerful mix of high‑intensity, functional workouts inspired by HYROX race formats using our most popular freestyle programmes — YBell, Dumbbell Burn and Tabata.

 

With the day’s classes within these programmes being fully HYROX‑focused, you’ll build strength, endurance and movement efficiency in a race‑style environment.

 

Expect simple, effective movements that challenge your entire body and push your conditioning:

  • Lower‑body strength & endurance
  • Upper‑body strength
  • HYROX‑style conditioning
  • Burpees and burpee broad jumps
  • Farmer’s carries (single and double grip)
  • Thrusters, clean & press combinations
  • High knees, mountain climbers, sprint and run drills

 

Workouts are delivered through interval‑based Tabata, ladder formats and AMRAP race simulations, helping you learn how to manage pace and perform under fatigue.
