21 - 30 August 2026 | World Trade Centre - Causeway Bay
ABOUT
Sacred spiral Flow :
Sacred Spiral Mandala movement is a focused, practical 20‑hour workshop that helps students move from linear to non linear approach covering all spheres of a human being. Which is an essence of yogic practice to restore the natural flow of energy.
Intro to Universal Yoga
Sacred Spiral: Dance of Shiva & Mandala Movement
This six-part masterclass offers an in-depth exploration of the biomechanics of the arms, hips, legs, core, and spine, integrating structured physical, mental, and intellectual practice with non-linear mandala movements. Each directional movement is intentional – designed to realign musculoskeletal balance, modulate the autonomic nervous system, and cultivate greater mental clarity and postural stability.
Through this dynamic led sequencing, gentle mobilizations, and dynamic yet mindful spiral movements, you will develop a multidimensional practice that links body, breath, mind, and internal organs. The result is restored joint balance, improved energy flow, renewed vitality, and a practical pathway to embodied freedom and lasting nervous-system resilience.
Intro to Dance of Shiva
A Dynamic co-ordination practice to move in 3D space. This presents an ideal opportunity to train the mind of the reaction speed, timing and co-ordination using the dynamic arm and leg movements.
This practice establishes novel neural pathways connecting your awareness to your entire body, thereby enhancing your ability to coordinate and execute multiple simultaneous movements.
