Journey to Inner Harmony:

In this section of the retreat, the focus is on achieving a state of balance and harmony within. Participants often leave feeling more centered, emotionally stable, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. Through daily yoga classes and meditation sessions, you will cultivate an inner tranquility that resonates long after the retreat concludes. Kirtan sessions provide a communal space for finding inner harmony through music and chanting.

 

Awakening the Inner Warrior:

This theme is designed to unlock your inner resilience and strength. Every yoga class becomes a warrior’s journey, fostering both physical and mental fortitude. Meditation sessions are moments to tap into your inner strength, while group activities encourage discovery and empowerment. The retreat also includes dynamic Kirtan sessions, amplifying the sense of inner harmony.

Day 1 – 23 November 2024 Arrival at resort: Welcome drink and fruits

Day 2-6: 24-28 November Yoga morning meditation and asana practice (90 mins)

Prabir Karmakar
Prabir began his yoga journey at age 9 and started teaching at 18. Inspired by his guru, Yogacharya Sri Lalit Mohan, he gained a deep understanding of asanas, pranayama, and the principle of effortless posture. Prabir, a yoga competition champion, completed a Diploma in Yoga Therapy in 1990. In his 30-year career, he's fostered approximately 70 yoga teachers globally. His rhythmically sequenced classes focus on strength, flexibility, alignment, and cultivating a healthy mind-body balance.
