Signature Classic LAAIC Master Class
Duration: 2 Hours | Level: Intermediate
Experience Talia’s unique LAAIC Method, a dynamic synthesis of the Ghoṣ Lineage and Ashtanga Vinyasa practices. This signature class combines strong, clear verbal instruction with an emphasis on mindful awareness of breath, gaze and bandha (energetic locks). With over 15 years of experience, Talia expertly guides participants to master this focused practice of precision and discipline. The Classic 26 sequence enhances strength, balance and flexibility while developing mental clarity and one-pointed focus. Alongside detailed instruction on postures and breathwork, Talia shares the history and structure of the sequence, providing invaluable insights for daily practice. Limitation of Liability
1. You hereby acknowledge that you are aware that in participating in the physical activities available on the Training Course, and in using the facilities, there are risks or possibility of injury.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PURE, its related corporations and their respective servants, agents, employees and officers (collectively referred to in this Clause 2 as the “PURE Entities”) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property or in respect of any bodily injuries, illness or death of you, howsoever caused, aggravated or incurred arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Training Course and other services.
3. You hereby acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks of injury involved in your participation in the Training Course. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby agree the PURE Entities shall not be liable in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence), pre-contract or other representations or otherwise out of or in connection with your participation in the Training Course, for any claims, demands, damages, economic loss (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), loss of good will or reputation, or special or indirect consequential losses in any case. You further agree not to hold the PURE Entities liable for any wilful act or omission, default, fraud or negligence of any other person or guest or third party within PURE operated facilities.
4. You hereby agree to defend, fully indemnify on demand and hold harmless the PURE Entities from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses including legal fees (on an indemnity basis) which the PURE Entities may suffer arising from any breach of these terms and conditions by you, or in connection with any act, omission, default, negligence or conduct of you in connection with any other liabilities arising out of you or any services under this Agreement. This obligation to indemnify PURE shall survive the termination of the Agreement.

Agreement | This agreement (including the PURE online application and personal data form) between you and Pure International (HK) Limited for the provision of activities by PURE. |
Cardholder | A person who has entered into a separate cardholder agreement with PURE and has been issued with a physical PURE Card or who holds a virtual PURE Card. |
Event | Agreed yoga training activities in the form of a workshop delivered to you by PURE teachers or guest teachers, either in person or through an online platform. |
Existing Condition | A physical, mental, fitness, health, illness or medical condition/disability/injury (including asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, the taking of medication, skin condition, or existing injury) that you possess and that could be aggravated or increase your Risk of Injury by participating in the Event or any Activity. |
Equipment | Any equipment used during the Event. |
Fees | Any fees that you pay in respect of the Event |
Loss | Liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation and all interest, penalties and legal costs (calculated on a full indemnity basis) and all other professional or investigation costs and expenses). |
Physical Activity | Any physical exercise or other physical activity whole participating in a Event including warm-up, strength training, running, agility drills, aerobic exercise, jumping, cardiovascular activities and flexibility training. |
Protected Persons | Our directors, officers, Representatives, volunteers, sponsors, service providers and independent contractors. |
PURE | Pure International (HK) Limited and any other company in the PURE Group (including but not limited to Pure Yoga Online Limited) that provides you with services and/or products relating to this Agreement. |
PURE Card | The physical PURE Card or virtual PURE Card issued by PURE (if applicable). |
Related Agreements | Any agreements that you enter into with PURE. |
Representatives | Our employees and agents (including PURE Trainers but excluding other providers of services or products even if these are provided/supplied). |
Risk of Injury | The risk of any type of injury (including minor injuries such as cuts, scrapes, muscle strains and torn ligaments and more serious injuries such as snapped ligaments, dislocated joints, broken bones, heart attack and concussion) disability (including permanent disability such as paralysis) and death. |
Rules | The rules, regulations, guidelines and etiquette for taking part in all types of training services provided by PURE (including the Event). |

Talia Peretz (Talia Sutra), born on 19 February 1988 by the Sea of Galilee in Tiberius, Israel, grew up in a spiritual Mizrahi-Jewish family that inspired her early fascination with devotion, philosophy and ethical living. Introduced to yoga at the age of six by her mother, who embraced the practice during her battle with lymphoma, Talia’s yoga journey began early. At age 11, she became vegetarian, a choice that shaped her ethical and spiritual outlook.
Talia moved to New York City when she was 10 and began teaching yoga at 21 at Yoga to the People, reaching thousands weekly. Self-named “Sutra” at 22, she embraced clarity and truth as guiding principles for her practice and teachings. With over 15 years of experience in the Ghoṣ lineage and her own innovative methods in backbending, inversions and flexibility, Talia has taught thousands worldwide.
As the Founder of her yoga school Love and All is Coming, Talia shares haṭha yoga, philosophy and meditation with people of all ages. She now lives in Lisbon, Portugal with her husband and two children – practising, studying and teaching daily with immense gratitude for her teachers.
