ABOUT

Join Joan Jolliffe for a 4-week workshop designed to help you master the art of the free-standing handstand! Whether you’re brand new to handstands or looking to refine your technique, this program will build your confidence, strength, and understanding of proper alignment and mechanics needed to balance with ease.

What You’ll Gain:
Master Alignment: Learn the importance of shoulder strength, core engagement, and proper positioning for a straight, stable handstand.
Build Strength & Confidence: Develop your balance and overcome fear using wall-supported progressions and drills tailored to your level.
Explore New Shapes and Entries: Practice handstand shapes like L-Shape and tuck, and discover different techniques to enter and rebalancing techniques.
