0730 – 0800 | Light Breakfast, every day begins with a light, nutritious breakfast to gently prepare your body and mind for the morning yoga session.

 

0830 – 1000 | Morning Yoga, Start your mornings with a revitalizing yoga practice. Through a dynamic flow incorporating physical postures, pranayama (breathwork), and mindfulness techniques to awaken your energy and cultivate balance.

 

1030 – 1230 | Brunch, after yoga, relish a wholesome and satisfying brunch. Carefully crafted to reflect local flavors, each dish is designed to fuel your adventures and keep you feeling light and energized.

 

1230 – 1530 | Free Time, afternoons are yours to enjoy at your own pace. Bask in the resort’s peaceful ambiance, explore nearby hiking trails, or simply rest by soaking in the stunning views of bamboo forests. Indulge in activities that nurture your soul, whether it’s journaling, meditating, or unwinding with a good book.

 

1600 – 1700 | Afternoon Yoga, relax into the evening with a gentle yoga session. This practice will focus on releasing tension from the day and fostering a sense of calm and gratitude.

 

1700 – 1800 | Snack, a delightful array of light snacks will be served in the afternoon, ensuring you’re feeling nourished and pampered.

 

1930 – 2100 | Dinner, enjoy an evening of communal dining with dishes crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is your time to connect with fellow participants while savoring cuisine that celebrates the harmony between health and nature.

Almen Wong
Almen, the first Bikram-trained teacher in Hong Kong, introduced hot yoga to the city. She transformed from a strict teacher to one who embraces light-heartedness and fun, thanks to Baron Baptiste. Influenced by Paul Grilley and David Swenson, she developed a deep understanding of anatomy, Yin Yoga, and flexible Ashtanga Yoga practices. Her engaging classes emphasise alignment, foundational strength, and revisiting basics for advancing practice.
