What You’ll learn in this Intensive 10-Hour Workshop: 

Session 1: Foundation & Flow Handstand Fundamentals & Front Lever Development (3.0 hours)

  • Understand the Yogasthenics Philosophy – the core principles that produce distinct results
  • Handstand Basics – Build the foundation for vertical mastery
  • Essential Skills For a good start: Frog Stand, L-Sit, Elbow Lever, Headstand
  • Bent Arm Push Strength development
  • Straight Arm Pulling Strength fundamentals
  • First Combo Movement: Skin the Cat technique
  • Front Lever progressions and variations

 

Session 2: Mobility & Recovery – Optimizing Your Body’s Adaptation (2.5 hours)

  • Strength vs. Hypertrophy Training – When and how to train for each outcome
  • Recovery Protocols – Rest strategies that accelerate your progress
  • Nutritional Foundations – Fuel your body for optimal performance
  • Flexibility & Mobility Integration – Keep your body supple and injury-free

 

Session 3: Power & Precision – Back Lever Foundation & Muscle-Up Preparation (3.0 hours)

  • Back Lever Mechanics – Decode the physics of this impressive skill
  • Straight Arm Push Strength – Develop the foundation for strong moves
  • Bent Arm Pulling Power – Build the strength for dynamic movements
  • Muscle-Up Mastery – Get the complete toolkit for your first muscle-up

 

Session 4: Programming & Training – Smart Training & Injury Prevention (1.5 hours)

  • Workout Design Principles – Create effective training sessions that deliver results
  • Dynamic Warm-Up Protocols – Prepare your body for peak performance
  • Cool-Down Techniques – Optimize recovery and maintain mobility
  • Injury Prevention Strategies – Train hard while staying healthy

 

** Pre-requisites for this workshop **

Able to do

  • 5 push up,
  • 10 squats,
  • hold a wheel pose for 15 seconds

Fabien Roels
Fabien is a humble seeker driven by a profound purpose. From boxing rings and tatamis to his uncle's yoga school, he discovered the unity of yoga and martial arts. With dedicated training, Fabien became a skilled yoga therapist while also delving into Pilates. His classes radiate power, dynamism, and creativity. Mastering handstands, captivating flows, and integrating martial arts and acrobatics, he invites you to embrace your limitless potential. Step into extraordinary where transformation awaits.
Luigi Prato
Luigi, a Sicilian professional dancer and athlete, found yoga in 2014 as a healing method for physical injuries. He discovered not only physical benefits but also a sense of calmness and peace. Luigi has developed his own yoga flow, infusing elements of contemporary dance and movement. As a versatile performer and teacher, he is passionate about sharing his unique practice with people of all abilities and ages.
Martina Lee
Martina's mission is empowering people to be more vibrant, inspiring students to reach their highest potential and to live each moment with grace. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Martina naturally bridges East and West. Her training in Visionary Craniosacral Work, Reiki, Pilates and Sound Therapy enables her to bring in a holistic perspective on health. Highly intuitive and attuned to energy, Martina offers classes that enliven flow, deepen stillness, and profoundly rejuvenate the body, mind and soul.
