Hot Detox Flow

Hot Detox Flow is a dynamic practice completed in a heated room which focuses on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for students with some Vinyasa experience looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience. No full inversions are included in these classes. Room temperature: 35-38°C.
